Welcome! Before scheduling your 15-minute career coaching consultation via Zoom, please review the following terms and conditions. By booking or attending this session, you agree to these terms.

1. Consultation Purpose

This 15-minute session is an introductory consultation designed to provide general career guidance, answer questions, and help you think through professional development options. This session is not a full coaching session, and it does not replace a structured coaching program or formal career services.

2. No Obligation to Provide Advice or Discuss Specifics

While the session may include guidance or discussion, the provider is not obligated to discuss any specific topics, answer every question, or give detailed advice. Users should treat this consultation as an informational conversation, and the provider may decline to address certain topics at their discretion.

3. Guidance is Opinion-Based

Any guidance, suggestions, or comments provided during the consultation—even if phrased as advice—are opinion only. Users acknowledge that such opinions do not guarantee any specific career outcomes, promotions, employment opportunities, or financial results. Decisions made based on the session are the sole responsibility of the user.

4. No Purchase Requirement

Participation in this consultation does not require the purchase of any services, products, or coaching packages. You are under no obligation to engage in follow-up sessions or become a client.

5. Scheduling and Availability

Consultations are available by appointment only and are subject to the availability of the coach. Scheduling in advance is recommended to secure preferred times. Sessions are conducted via Zoom, and users are responsible for providing a functioning internet connection, webcam, and audio equipment.

6. Right to Refuse Service

The provider reserves the right to refuse consultation to any individual at any time, for any reason. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

Lack of professionalism
Late arrival to the consultation
Use of profanity
Aggressive or threatening behavior toward the consultant
Use of violent, angry, or abusive language
Recent participation in a prior consultation (to prevent multiple back-to-back sessions without significant updates)

7. Confidentiality

The content of discussions during this consultation will be treated as confidential to the extent possible. However, given the brief nature of the session, guidance is general and informational. Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or employer-related information beyond what is necessary for discussion.

8. Recording Policy

Sessions may be recorded with the consent of both parties for note-taking or follow-up purposes. Users may request that the session not be recorded. Any recordings are private and not to be shared publicly without written permission from both parties.

9. Limitations of the Consultation

This consultation provides general guidance only and does not guarantee career outcomes, promotions, employment opportunities, or financial results.
The provider is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or results that arise from advice or discussion during the consultation.
Users should exercise their own judgment and seek additional professional advice if needed.

10. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to their career questions. The effectiveness of the consultation depends on the quality and accuracy of the information shared. Users are encouraged to take notes and treat the consultation as a resource for personal decision-making.

11. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Users may cancel or reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.

The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided whenever
possible.

12. Technical Requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to participate, including:

A stable internet connection
A webcam or camera-enabled device
A microphone and speakers or headset
Technical difficulties on the user’s side do not extend the consultation time

13. No Guarantees

While the consultation may provide guidance, insights, or suggestions, there are no guarantees regarding career progression, employment outcomes, or personal success. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors beyond the control of the provider.

14. Legal and General Terms

By scheduling or attending the consultation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and updated terms will be communicated to users prior to scheduling future sessions.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

15. Acknowledgment

By booking this consultation, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the purpose, limitations, and terms outlined above. You understand that this session is for informational purposes only, that any guidance is opinion-based, that outcomes are not guaranteed, and that the provider may refuse service at their discretion, including for prior recent consultations.
