About Our Founder S.P. Graham
Joberno found, S.P. Graham has worked with individuals, helping them with career decisions for over twenty years. His focus on employment education is at the forefront of his drive to make Jobferno what it is today. While S.P. is passionate about employment education, he used his knowledge to transform his life and those around him. After struggling to make ends meet, he turned his own process inward and revealed a career strategy that transformed the life of his family forever. While reflecting on this fact, S.P. commented stating, "My biggest regret was that I calculated the financial loss to our family by not making the decision earlier. Our family lost roughly $400,000 because I chose the wrong way to take care of my family. I would probably be better off not knowing the cost of that mistake."
S.P. is originally from Des Moines, IA. He graduated from three post high-school institutions, worked in a multitude of job environments including banking, staffing, human resources, call centers, retail, insurance, agriculture, research, and information technology. As S.P. pointed out, "I am the living example that skills, abilities, passion, abmition, and talents are more important to your success than any degree or work experience." Now, with the United States job market crumbling, S.P. founded Jobferno to help others succeed.
