Jobferno is a Career Questing Company that provides career coaching and advisory services designed to help individuals make informed career decisions, improve professional development, and navigate career transitions.

Jobferno uses a Career Questing approach that combines personalized coaching, structured activities, and professional development objectives to help users explore career opportunities, develop skills, maintain career direction, and make progress toward their professional goals.

Jobferno does not provide employment placement services, guarantee employment, guarantee interviews, or guarantee specific career outcomes.

2. User Accounts

Certain Jobferno services require users to create an account. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their account and must notify Jobferno of any unauthorized account access.

3. Mobile Phone and SMS Communications

Users may provide a mobile telephone number for account verification and security purposes.

By providing a mobile telephone number and providing required consent, users agree that Jobferno may send transactional SMS messages related to account access and security.

SMS messages may include:

• Account verification codes
• Multi-factor authentication messages
• Password reset assistance
• Username recovery assistance
• Account security notifications

Message frequency may vary depending on account activity and user-requested actions. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

Jobferno does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers collected for SMS communications with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Users may opt out of SMS communications by following provided opt-out instructions or contacting Jobferno. Opting out of SMS messages may prevent access to certain account verification or security features.

4. Services, Subscriptions, and Career Questing

Jobferno provides Career Questing services through subscription-based coaching plans and individual Pay Per Quest (PPQ) services. Each service is designed to provide personalized career guidance, structured activities, and accountability based on the user's individual circumstances and goals.

Subscription Services

Subscription services provide ongoing career coaching and Career Questing support through recurring monthly payments. Subscription plans provide different levels of access, session frequency, and available services.

Every-Student Subscription

The Every-Student subscription is designed to provide periodic career direction reviews for students and individuals beginning their professional journey. The subscription is billed monthly at the beginning of each month.

Every-Student subscribers receive one career review session every six months. These sessions are intended to review the user's current path, including educational choices, career interests, or current employment circumstances.

Every-Student sessions are designed as career check-ins and are not intended to provide intensive coaching, detailed career planning, or ongoing action-based career support.

Every-Student sessions are scheduled in 30-minute appointment blocks and provide approximately 20 minutes of focused discussion. Actual discussion time may vary based on the user's needs and topics discussed.

Silver Subscription

The Silver subscription provides ongoing career coaching and Career Questing support through recurring monthly sessions.

Silver subscribers receive approximately one 20-minute coaching session per month. Sessions are scheduled in 30-minute appointment blocks.

Silver sessions are designed to provide career guidance, accountability, and support as users evaluate career options, develop professional goals, complete career quests, and maintain progress toward their objectives.

Gold Subscription

The Gold subscription provides the highest level of ongoing Career Questing support and is designed for users seeking more frequent coaching, guidance, and accountability.

Gold subscribers receive approximately one 20-minute coaching session per week. Sessions are scheduled in 30-minute appointment blocks.

Gold subscribers may receive personalized career quests assigned by their career coach based on their individual situation, goals, and professional objectives.

Coaching Sessions and Scheduling

Jobferno reserves scheduled coaching time for users who have active subscriptions. Users are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.

If a user is unavailable or does not attend a scheduled session, the session is considered provided when the Jobferno career coach attends the scheduled appointment.

Users may request to reschedule sessions through the available Jobferno scheduling process. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Career Quests

Career quests are personalized activities, assignments, or action plans created by Jobferno career coaches to help users make progress toward their professional goals.

Career quests may include activities designed to help users identify career paths, explore opportunities, prepare for professional activities, develop skills, maintain career direction, and improve career decision-making.

Career quests are customized based on each user's situation and are intended to provide guidance, structure, and accountability. Completion of career quests does not guarantee employment, promotions, increased compensation, or any specific professional outcome.

Pay Per Quest (PPQ) Services

Jobferno offers individual Career Quests that may be purchased separately without a subscription. These services are referred to as Pay Per Quest (PPQ) options.

PPQ services address a specific user objective or professional need. Examples may include mock interviews, interview preparation, career exploration, professional development activities, or other targeted career coaching services.

Users who purchase a PPQ service receive the benefit of the specific Career Quest purchased. PPQ services do not include ongoing subscription benefits unless the user separately subscribes to a Jobferno subscription plan.

5. Communication and Technology Requirements

Jobferno provides career coaching and Career Questing services through online communication platforms. Sessions are currently conducted through third-party online meeting platforms, such as Zoom, or other platforms selected by Jobferno in the future.

Users are responsible for maintaining the necessary technology to participate in online sessions, including a compatible device, internet connection, and any required software or applications.

Jobferno is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by the user's device, internet connection, software, equipment, or third-party technology providers.

Jobferno may communicate with users through email, online meeting platforms, platform messaging features, or other communication methods used to provide services and support.

Communications may include:

• Session scheduling and meeting links
• Career quest instructions and updates
• Personality assessments and career-related resources
• Follow-up information and recommended activities
• Service-related notifications

Users acknowledge that third-party communication platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Confidentiality and Session Recordings

Jobferno respects the privacy of users and treats information shared during career coaching and Career Questing sessions as confidential.

Information shared by users during sessions, including career goals, professional background, employment discussions, resumes, assessments, and career information, will not be shared with outside parties unless authorized by the user or required by law.

Jobferno will not submit, distribute, or share a user's resume, professional information, or career materials with employers, recruiters, or other third parties without the user's prior approval.

User information may be shared internally with authorized Jobferno personnel when necessary to provide, support, improve, or administer Jobferno services.

To support service quality, maintain continuity of coaching, protect both the user and Jobferno, and improve Career Questing services, Jobferno records and stores online coaching sessions.

By using Jobferno services and participating in online coaching sessions, users acknowledge and consent to the recording and storage of coaching sessions.

Session recordings are handled in accordance with the Jobferno Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
