Jobferno Career Coaching Services Terms and Conditions

Welcome! Before purchasing or subscribing to our career coaching services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

A. 6 Month Prepaid Career Coaching Subscription

We offer two separate career coaching services:

  • Provides access to coaching sessions for a six-month period.
  • Sessions are for the client only; multiple participants are not allowed.
  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
  • The provider will make every effort to attend every scheduled session.
  • This service does not auto-renew at the end of the subscription period. A new purchase is required to continue.

B. Jobferno Network Subscription

  • Provides access to monthly career networking sessions and related services.
  • Sessions are for the client only, with no multiple participants allowed.
  • This service auto-renews monthly until cancelled by the subscriber.
  • Career Networking subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the subscriber.

2. Session Use and Limitations

  • The provider is not obligated to discuss specific topics, answer every question, or give detailed advice.
  • Any guidance, suggestions, or comments provided during sessions are opinion-based and do not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, employment opportunities, or financial results.
  • Sessions are designed exclusively for the individual client only. Group coaching or multiple participants are not permitted.
  • Missed sessions by the client do not result in discounts, extensions, or pro-rated refunds.
  • Occasionally, the provider may be unable to attend a scheduled session. In such cases, the provider will make every effort to reschedule. If a session cannot be rescheduled, no refund or credit is provided.

3. Job Search Assistance

  • We may provide guidance, strategies, and suggestions to help clients look for jobs.
  • We do not guarantee employment or job placement.
  • We cannot apply for jobs on behalf of the client. All job applications and communications with employers must be completed by the client.
  • To help clients find job opportunities, we may share client information with potential employers.
  • We do not share client information with third-party vendors for marketing, sales, or unrelated purposes.

4. Resume Services

  • We may write or re-write resumes for clients as part of coaching services.
  • We do not guarantee that the information we add is correct, and clients are responsible for verifying accuracy.
  • Resume services do not guarantee employment success or job placement.

5. Email Communication

  • Clients may email the provider 24/7 with questions or requests.
  • The provider is not required to respond to emails.
  • If the provider responds, email communications are confidential and opinion-based.
  • Responses provided via email do not guarantee employment success, career outcomes, or financial results.

6. Subscription Cancellation Policy

 Prepaid Career Coaching Subscription:

  • May only be cancelled if the client does not attend their initial session during the six-month period.
  • No partial refunds are available if individual sessions are missed after the initial session.

 

Career Networking Subscription:

  • Auto-renews monthly until the subscriber cancels.
  • Subscribers may cancel at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future payments but does not retroactively refund past months.

7. Right to Refuse Service

The provider reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, for any reason. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Lack of professionalism
  • Late arrival or failure to attend scheduled sessions
  • Use of profanity, aggressive, violent, or abusive language
  • Prior recent participation in consultation or subscription sessions

8. Confidentiality

Sessions and email communications are treated as confidential to the extent possible. Clients should avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or employer-related information beyond what is necessary for discussion.

9. Recording Policy

Sessions may be recorded with consent for note-taking or follow-up purposes. Clients may request that sessions not be recorded. Recordings are private and may not be shared publicly without written permission.

10. Technical Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing a stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone. Technical difficulties on the client’s side do not extend session time.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

Any content, guidance, or information shared on our social media platforms, websites, or other
online resources:

  • Does not affect, change, or alter any subscription, coaching service, or pursuit of service.
  • Does not constitute advice for the purposes of these services.
  • Does not directly relate to or replace the individualized guidance provided in sessions.

12. No Guarantees

Participation in any service does not guarantee career progression, employment outcomes, or personal success. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors beyond the provider’s control.

13. Legal and General Terms

  • By purchasing or subscribing to any service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • The provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates communicated prior to future sessions.
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

14. Acknowledgment

By purchasing or subscribing, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the purpose, limitations, and terms outlined above. You understand that:

  • Sessions are for the client only
  • Guidance is opinion-based and does not guarantee outcomes
  • The provider may refuse service at their discretion
  • Prepaid subscriptions do not auto-renew
  • Career Networking subscriptions auto-renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time by the subscriber
  • The provider will make every effort to attend scheduled sessions, but missed sessions due to the provider being unavailable may be rescheduled; if not rescheduled, no refund or credit is provided
  • Missed client sessions do not provide discounts, extensions, or pro-rated refunds
  • Email communications may be sent 24/7, but the provider is not required to respond, and any responses are confidential, opinion-based, and do not guarantee employment success
  • We can help clients look for jobs, but we cannot guarantee employment or apply for jobs on the client’s behalf
  • Client information will not be shared with third-party vendors, except when necessary to connect clients with potential employers
  • We may write or re-write resumes, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of information or employment outcomes
