Jobferno is a Career Questing Company built around a simple idea: people should have a better way to prepare for their careers. Finding work is only part of the challenge. Understanding yourself, recognizing your options, developing useful skills, and making decisions that can support your future require time, knowledge, and preparation.

Jobferno exists to help people make better career decisions. Choosing a career can have a lasting effect on your work, income, skills, opportunities, and future. Yet many people are expected to make those decisions with limited information or little guidance. Jobferno was created to give people a place to learn about themselves, explore their options, and prepare for the work ahead.

Jobferno uses Career Questing to make career planning more practical. Quests and assessments give people specific things to explore and help them better understand their abilities, interests, experiences, and potential career options. Career support is also available for people who need additional perspective or assistance as they work through their career decisions.

Jobferno was founded by S.P. Graham, an entrepreneur, author, Iowa State University graduate, and futurist. His interest in career development comes from seeing how difficult it can be for people to navigate the hiring process and make career decisions without the knowledge or experience to guide them. As Graham puts it, “I see a hiring process that is broken. Now, Jobferno does not fix all the problems, but this current version does provide a platform to transfer career planning knowledge to people who are not getting it.”

Jobferno provides its services online, allowing clients to meet with Jobferno over the internet rather than in person. The goal is straightforward: provide people with useful information, practical tools, and career support so they can better understand their options, find direction, and prepare for their future.
